fatigued
it's sunday which means i just completed the 4 days in a row of all-you-can-drinkness. i just feel like sleeping all day and hoping tomorrow will not come as i have school and work.
i can't remember if i said so earlier, but i am now an engrish teacher part-time. i teach at 71 primary school which is about a 40-minute subway ride away. it gives me something to do a few days a week, and gives me enough money to drink my liver dry.
on that note, i've had bloody mucus for the past couple days. i'm hoping it's just a symptom of the flu i currently have, and not something serious like cheap china cigarettes and bad liquor making my insides cry blood. please no.
i have to say that walmart in china is the best place ever. their food floor is probably the best supermarket in china just due to the variety. i went yesterday and bought some grape juice and fried chicken and later when i was eating it i thought, 'wtf i'm in china not in detroit.' anyways i realized why i love walmart here but absolutely hate it in canada. in canada walmart is full of low income families who are rude and make the whole experience of going to walmart shitty. the thing though in china, everywhere you go is like that. so basically you go to the place which has the best things as the people are going to piss you off anyways.
i met this crazy korean girl in the office when i was arguing to switch classes this past week. at first i thought she was overseas chinese from.... america? uk? australia? wasn't sure because she has the weirdest accent i'd ever heard. turns out she's genuine korean from korea. i befriended her by sticking around while she asked the school for her money back, then laughed at her as we walked home. aside from being a jesus freak, i think she's pretty cool. i asked her why she didn't hang around with the other koreans in the school and she told me that they drink too much. ORLY? i guess she didn't notice that my drinking level is equivalent to theirs.
anyways i got the class change done after a retest. i start tomorrow in the higher level and i hope it doesn't rape me too hard. hopefully my classmates are better too. the last class i met a few people, but the rest of the koreans seem pretty hostile. which reminds me of the death stare i got from a korean girl at the bar last night after laughing at her for pushing around her boyfriend.
i think i'll get dressed and go out for a bit to buy some groceries and dick around. it's a nice day today and maybe it'll wake me up a little.
