mid january update kkgo!

so i just re-read my previous post and can't believe i wrote "just" when i meant to write "gist". my english is degrading like mad as i base things on sounds rather than on the actual words.

so what have i done since i got home?

n o t h i n g.

i've gone out with my friends less than 10 times since everything is so goddamn expensive especially without any income.

i've watched over 100 hours of tv-shows/movies.

i bought an xbox 360. (not to play, to sell as there is still a shortage of machines - will update later on how much profit i'll be able to generate)

oh and i started playing the game i vowed never to play again, WoW.

although i haven't really played much, i still played my character for a little bit. someone else took over the account who is a complete retard as he vendored all my good stuff and kept the shitty stuff and rebuilt my character using some random spec that doesn't make sense. dumb dumb dumb. maybe i'll take the account back and play with another character to pass time before i depart or on those lonely nights in beijing. maybe.

i'm bumping up my flight back a week or so ahead so i have more time to get my registration things done (yeah, right). no, i'm actually going earlier because it's boring sitting around all day. my mom works 4 days out of the week and my pops is still in hk and my sister in l.a. so basically i sleep around 8am, wake up around 1pm and my mom is already at work. sometimes she has afternoon shifts so she doesn't get home until 9pm so there isn't much communication going on anyways. boring boring boring. i figure i might as well go back earlier and hang with some friends in beijing as most of my friends here are still in school or working full-time. plus, going out here is way too expensive for my taste. buying obligational drinks at the bar dries up my wallet like nuts. 6 canadian for a bottle plus tips makes one drink equivalent to an all-you-can-drink bar in china. although in canada it's 1000x safer as the 'fake' alcohol market is negligible.

i gave a bunch of friends whom i didn't have their number as i no longer have a canadian sim card my home number and told them to call me in the next week or so, so that we can catch up on things and say my farewell before another 6 months in china. hopefully they'll all call on different days when my moms working and all drive and all treat me because then i'll be the bestest. yeah, my cars going off insurance completely. none of this fire/theft liability which steals 80 bucks out of my account a month. i'm going to take it off everything and pocket the money so that i can kill more braincells when i'm back in beijinger.

so here i am at 630am, still on china time. i actually converted back to normal edmonton time pretty quick but after being bored during the daytime i decided to convert back to china time. why? i have no clue. listening to some swishahouse and creeping chinawomen on myspace. life is great.

actually not.. it's pretty boring.

i wish i was 18 again; i would have chosen a different specialization.
