i am the procrastinating

test on sunday morning, don't want to study.
i do practice questions while watching nothing on tv, but haven't brought myself to do the timed practice tests.

this week has been pretty boring. basically go to school then come home and try to study but end up taking afternoon naps.

today went out to lunch with my classmates and teacher. was fun even though food really sucked. so the girl from my class from calgary (actually medicine hat) looks like shes my age. all this time i thought we were close in age just by the way she acts and looks. then at lunch today i found out she's 32. THIRTY-TWO WTF? i was going to ask for her phone number to keep in touch for next semester but i can't bring myself to it now that i know she's 1.5x my age. weird. i wonder if the american girl she hangs around with in class is also in her thirties... jebus. i already knew the guy that sits next to me was 32. but today i found out that he's in the tourist industry, so he was probably at the same conference in kunming last week as my uncle. now that i think about it i'm probably the 2nd youngest in my class.. there's some 17 year old japanese girl which makes me wonder why isn't she in high school?? it's not like she JUST came too, as this is her second semester at the school.... strange.

after my test i want to see what ktv is like, and see what beijing discos are like. i guess it's time to retire from drinking at restaurants on the street for 30RMB (4.50 CAD) including food. /cry
